Thomas Keehn has extensive experience building custom homes in Maryland and North Carolina. He presently leads Wilmington, North Carolina’s Certified Contractors, Inc., a company that he owns and operates. Certified Contractors, Inc., provides exceptional home building services, including renovations and other improvements. Thomas Keehn (formerly of Olney, Maryland) and his team work to comprehensively understand homeowners’ needs and fulfill their visions in ways that exceed expectations.

Based in Olney for three decades, Mr. Keehn led Certified, Inc., as owner and operator. He was responsible for managing payroll and ordering materials needed on specific worksites. He achieved a number one ranking statewide and 13th across the nation when it came to achieving Certainteed Corp. 5-star warrantied deliverables.

Mr. Keehn earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice (with honors) at the University of Maryland and served as a waiter at the Chesapeake Bay Seafood House as an undergraduate. After earning his BA, he gained early experience as a home improvement salesperson with Home Improvement Sales, regularly attaining Salesman of the Month distinction.
